The workshop is entitled, “Decoding the Workplace: Discovering the Messages Hidden in Interactions With Colleagues & Clients.”
Ms. Gravel is a certified Emergenetics® specialist who teaches both managers and staff to leverage people’s thinking patterns, influenced by their personality type. Having worked with federal agencies, communities in transition and corporations such as American Express, she helps to create synergistic relationships among team members and diffuse conflict. We are going to be learning concrete, immediately applicable tools that people can take right back to the office and begin to see a difference.”
Attendees will learn how to:
"I went through the Emergentics program last year with Leadership Prince William.  It was not only informative but engaging as well. We learned about our personality ‘colors’ and how certain traits of each personality type are easily identifiable. I shared the results of the profile with my team right away. I am excited to be the Right Brain Sponsor for this event. The entire team from Whitlock, Carradice & Associates will be at the workshop and we are really looking forward to finding out everyone's colors!" says Bennett Whitlock of Whitlock, Carradice & Associates.
Gina Dabney, Director of Marketing, Minnieland Private Day School stated, “ At Minnieland we believe that learning occurs naturally and quickly as our students pursue their chosen area of study. Even in our preschool classes, you can see how some children display an interest in the balance, design, symmetry and mathematics involved in building a house of blocks. Others may be more interested in the verbal skills involved in telling a detailed story. Our teachers are trained to nurture the learning styles of each child as an individual. We could think of no better sponsorship for our organization than one that so perfectly aligns with our own vision. We seek to constantly train and support our educators so that every child receives an education that nurtures their unique qualities as an individual.”
The cost of attendance for this event is $50 for members of the Prince William Chamber of Commerce and $75 for non-members. Registration is available online by going to and clicking on Decoding Workshop. Interested parties may also contact Diana Tringali at or by phone at 703-590-5000, ext. 103.
